Bimini Bay Breeze is a gorgeous canal front home with a focus on outdoor living. The back yard has a private dock for guests to put in kayaks or paddle boards and paddle right around the corner to Bimini Bay and beyond. A multitude of amenities include a five hole putting green on Astro Turf, ocean kayaks, pool and spa, outdoor kitchen near pool, private outdoor shower/changing room, stand up paddle boards, ping pong table, fire pit, and much more. Just two blocks from Gulf of Mexico beaches, it is an easy stroll with the provided beach cart and beach chairs.

The home is beautifully appointed inside and out. The ground level garage opens to the covered outdoor kitchen surrounded by bar stools and the beautifully landscaped backyard that leads to the canal. The backyard features the heated pool/spa, the canal side fire pit, dining area for six, a relaxing shaded hammock, a ping pong table, an outdoor hot/cold shower and changing room, and the five hole putting green with clubs and golf balls provided. In addition, boaters may bring their own boat (28' max) to tie up at the dock. A bonus area at the dock includes a roll off and a ladder for launching kayaks.

The breezy main level features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen - with new stainless steel appliances - that includes a chef prep sink station and a living area that opens to a large screened in patio with a lounging and dining space. This level also includes a powder room, laundry room, and an ensuite queen bedroom with entry to the patio. The patio has a dining area for eight with mini fridge and sink and a comfortable living area - all overlooking the back yard.. Retractable screens provide as much privacy & shade as desired. Just outside the screened in area is a sunning patio with lounge chairs and a staircase descending to the backyard.

The top level includes a luxurious master suite with a patio, two more king bedrooms, and a full bath. Ceiling fans are in every bedroom and living area on the property, including covered patios. The unscreened patio overlooks the backyard and is perfect for unwinding with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. From the patio, ascend the spiral staircase to the crow's nest on the roof for breathtaking 360 degree views of the bay and the gulf. The perfect place for a sunset happy hour!

An elevator is available to whisk you from the beautifully landscaped ground level to the enchanting top level.

Wonderful week at Bimini Bay Breeze

We had a wonderful family vacation at Bimini Bay Breeze. The house is even nicer than photos show. The pool area and screened in porches are amazing! The kitchen is well stocked, we enjoyed the included amenities and games. The location was beautiful, everything can be quickly reached by golf cart! The property manager was quick to respond to questions and very helpful! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

This was our 6th trip to AMI. This was the best. The property was wonderful… so much to offer. The hosts were SO helpful and friendly and made sure we were satisfied. And the island itself was up and running so we enjoyed boat rental, parasailing and of course the beach was spectacular. Highly recommend!

The property was amazing. If you are bringing your boat, this is definitely the house for you. The boat lift in back was a game changer for our week. We hit the water everyday. Our teens loved the putting green, kayaks and ping pong. We enjoyed sunsets on the rooftop deck. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to cook in and plenty of refrigeration options for beverages. Management was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We have never stayed in a beach house so well equipped with so many extras. Most have the bare essential supplies as starters (i.e. soap, toilet tissue, etc). The home was generously supplied with all this and more. Many activity amenities and beach supplies. There was more to do than we could fully take advantage of in a week. Never turned on the t.v. due to so much more to do. Enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and backporch.

Perfect Spot

Wonderful property full of endless fun! Pool and backyard kitchen area were our favorites! The putting green was a huge hit with our 13 year old son. The dock to the canal was a great start to the day- the boys loved to fish every morning! House was clean and wonderfully stocked with anything you could imagine! So much appreciate the extras- paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, aluminum foil, just to name a few! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and coffee to start our trip. House was spotless! Perfect location to the beach, and Pine Street. Felt very private. Wonderful memories were made here!
