Sea Jay is a newly refreshed, canal front pool home located in the heart of Anna Maria! Enter the home through the kitchen and continue on to the open dining and living room. The living area has beautiful natural light that spills in through the large windows that line the back of the home. The dining table will comfortably seat 8 guests and the bar has seating for 6. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a king bed with Smart TV and the third bedroom has a unique bunkbed with a king bed on the bottom and two twin beds elevated above it. The second and third bedrooms shared access to the hallway bathroom. Lounge by the heated pool to soak in the sun or take advantage of the 35 feet of dock space to keep your personal boat during your stay. The upstairs screened balcony features a dining table for 6, built in gas grill, sink, and bar with 3 bar stools. The property is less than a 5 minute walk to the gulf beaches and easily accessible to Pine Avenue to visit shops and restaurants.

PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Great rental!

This rental was beautiful and spacious! It is in a convenient location -- close to the beach and Pine Ave. We loved that the beach was a 2-minute walk from the home and we also enjoyed both the dock/canal and the pool! The property comes with the bare minimal, so we had to go out and buy more garbage bags, laundry detergent, shampoo/body wash, etc. We had to vacuum certain areas inside the home when we first checked in, so we took a star off for cleanliness. However, we enjoyed our stay overall and would rent this house again in the future!

Great location

We loved this house! It was perfect for 6 adults and two little. The beds were so comfortable. Great location 5-7 min easy walk. The pool was awesome. I will mention that there are no ‘extras’…meaning coffee filters, spices, leftover olive oil, bags, beach accessories. That wouldn’t keep us from coming back. We still very much loved this house and our stay and hope to return!

Perfect Spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this property - four teenagers and two adults. We all loved the location on the canal for paddleboarding, fish, bird and manatee watching. The beach access is only one block away and is easily accessible. Highly recommend this property!

Ideal location - quiet neighborhood, walk to beach, shops,

Great stay, loved the house and area. Like the natural setting and view from screened porch. Rooms were great and everyone on one level was fun. Only a few downsides: Pool was way smaller than the images led us to believe. Needs a few little upgrades like towel hooks in main washroom, board games, and a bonus is having coffee filters provided by the owner. Add that to what you already have and this place is amazing. Thanks for a lovely visit to AMA.

Very elegant, confortable, well kept. Clean property with excellent location. Just 1 block from the beach and with a backdoor pier. Everyting was perfect. Very spacious rooms. Pool with a closed shower. Evrything you need for a very pleasant beach's vacations is in this house

Great location and quick response time

This is an excellent location on the north end of the island, just a couple blocks from the beach. The canal on the back was great for animal and people watching. The house was clean and comfortable. We had a couple minor issues that were addressed very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to stay

We are a family of 5 (3 boys 27,24,19) and the house was a perfect size. The very short walk to the beach was a plus and this beach area is not crowded. The first thought was the pool was small but perfect for cooling off and floating around. The dock was perfect for catching fish or launching kayaks (just not at low tide). The only downside was the house right next store was being resided and insulated. So it was a little loud most of the working day but looks like it will finish soon. Wish we would have been informed this was happening but we made it work. All and all was very impressed and would stay there again (as long as the neighbors are finished building :))
