Studio, furnished apartment above detached garage on family's sprawling property. Queen-bed, with pull out full couch. Sleeps up to 4. Well-appointed and outfitted, eat-in kitchenette. Gorgeous bathroom. Vaulted ceilings. Access to our saltwater pool(seasonal) that is shared with your host family and other Oasis guests, outdoor fireplace with TV(also shared with other Oasis guests), outdoor grill and pavilion with TV and Bose system.Less than a 10 min drive to downtown Annapolis.

The property is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including a full-size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, teapot, stove and dishwasher. Just outside the property entrance is the gorgeous “Oasis” pool.
This studio is PERFECT for small families or friends visiting the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis Boat Shows or any of the many Annapolis events we have going on here year-round.

The property is a mere 3.5 miles away from Downtown Annapolis.

Birthday Weekend

Had a great time with my wife for her birthday. Location was so close to so many things that it made moving around to all the places we wanted to visit super convenient while still being rather secluded from the bustle of the main roads. Beth and Andy’s property is amazing! Located directly on the water, we felt like we were miles away from home yet it was the perfect staycation! Wonderful Waterfront Oasis

Wonderful Weekend! We had the pleasure of staying at Waterfront Oasis for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was truly amazing! We were welcomed lovingly and we were provided with a tour of the property. We were blown away by the luxury suite and the beautiful views. We enjoyed the access to the pool, patio with plenty of room to relax on the sofas, and the grilling area was perfect! Being able to walk down to the dock to watch sunsets was just breathtaking. We loved every moment and will definitely be back again soon!
