Filthy filthy filthy, my room was vial, the drain in the shower was full of hair, mould all over the bathroom walls, the floors looked as though they had never been mopped and the dirty dishes on the sink the old fish, meat and other rotten food in the fridge from the previous occupant was the icing on the cake, the smell did not go. But by far the worst experience was being treated like a child and told my visitor was not allowed to visit my room and instead we had to sit down stairs in the common area where we were watched by staff. Basic facilities you would expect in a hotel apartment were not provide, no kettle or cups to make tea coffee, no iron, no soaps. The walls were paper thin I could hear the couple next door arguing until early hours of the morning then the next night I had to listen to them having s.x for hours.

Not suitable for all

The place is too dated. Cleanliness is too poor. Reception is always smelly it is not even pleasant to wait for the lift. Nothing is really white....towels and bed sheets are too old and messy.

MARCHAND DE SOMMEIL

Bonjour venu passer 2 jours à Antalya en famille un couple et cinq enfant Lors de notre réservation pour une nuit sur votre site le montant était de 300 TL arrivé sur place on nous dit qu'il n'y a plus de place (j'ai essayer de contacter l'hôtel mais le tel était en dérangement ) la personne sur place nous explique qu'il n'as pas été prévenu par hôtel.com comme par hasard il nous trouve une solution au dernier étage dans un appartement vraiment sale . Apre cela il nous réclame 50 TL que nous paieront ??? Le lendemain nous avions besoin de rajouter une nuit supplémentaire donc nous paieront 350 LT sans qu'il n'intervienne dans l'appartement pour changer les serviettes ou bien nettoyer . Lors de notre départ nous indiquons au responsable ces manquements et nous indique qu'il aurait fallu lui demander. on lui dit rappel également qu'au petit déjeuner à 9h30 plus de jus + d'oeuf, juste des condiments il nous rétorque qu'il fallait se lever plus tôt (malgré que le déjeuner finis à 10H00) Pour finir à la remise des clefs nous lui indiquons qu'il sont rester dans l'appartement car il n'y avait personne à la réception et la il nous demande de payer 40 TL pour un serrurier. Là je refuse en bloc en lui rappelant tous les manquements de leur part et à ce moment le responsable saisi un de nos bagage et réclame cette somme avec un ton brutal. Je lui demande de rendre mon bagage il refuse et me bouscule en me menaçant. NOUS AVONS CONTACTER LA POLICE APRES L'AGRESSION

Обдираловка. Заманивают дешевизной скидками сумасшедшими а впускают далее за кондиционер больше чем стоит номер,завтрак ужас и т.д. Александр.
