Unsafe bathroom no grab bars very slick tub hard to get in and out of. Had to change rooms 3 times to finally have one that locked and maybe the key card worked we went in the room and didn’t come out till next morning so it might not have worked either

Overall property was fine. There was a terrible odor in the room that the front desk did not offer any alternative. I ended up leaving early as it was burning my eyes and throat. They still charged me for the day I was not there. When I discussed with them, very apologetic but pretty much told me too bad we aren’t refunding any charges.

My son and I stayed for an extended time (9 nights) and it was a lovely experience. The hotel is on the older side and has construction happening in the halls for a day or two, which wasn't great, but we had comfortable beds, a clean room, breakfast every morning, and plenty of parking. It was a quick trip to the 41 and plenty of food options. It's tucked away in a business park which meant not too much traffic noise. The hallway on the third floor has some strong smells near the elevator, which was not always enjoyable, but it was only that specific area. Other than that, I was very satisfied for the price. Highlight - the showers are strong and hot!!! Loved that.

Visited for anniversary (king deluxe with whirlpool) as one of our events was locally in Appleton. The outside of the place does not give a fair presentation of whats inside. Inside the pool is heated and clean, the sauana is well maintained, the jacuzzi was a bit colder than Id like but yet still warmer then the pool. In the unit, its spacious and clean, the whirlpool had been undergoing maintenance, so while it worked, there was some orange tape holding on the access panel. Also the jets seem not to be operating at half of full capacity. Much better than Id thought when I pulled up. This place isnt very apealing from the outside, but offers a good value inside.

This hotel was very dirty. Our room was poorly vacuumed, and felt damp. The windows were completely filled with condensation, and the ceilings had water damage in multiple areas. The bathroom door didn't lock at all, and the main door had to be pulled extremely hard to latch. Multiple members of our group had to get new rooms due to varying issues. The pool area was nice, however, there were only 5-10 chairs in the entire pool area, so we had to bring our own lawn chairs inside to relax by the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.
