Hotel is in good condition. Front desk is a machine very complicated. Booking number is hidden and so difficult to get it. Nobody to answer from an foreign number. It took more than one hour to get in.

La limpieza del apartamento fue bastante mejorable, y la nevera no cerraba por lo que tampoco enfriaba nada. La comunicación tampoco fue buena, ya que tuve que llamar hasta 4 veces a mí llegada para saber cómo acceder, me deberían haber enviado esta información el día anterior. Por lo demás el apartamento está bastante bien, muy completo y nuevo. La cama es cómoda aunque no tanto las almohadas.

La verdad, fue una experiencia muy desagradable. Me fastidió por completo el fin de semana y arruinó por completo la estancia de esa noche. Todo por la negativa del alojamiento a reconocer su error, actuando como si el problema fuera nuestro, cuando teníamos todo en regla. De no haber sido por la intervención de la página Hotels, nos habría tocado dormir en la calle o aceptar la única opción que el alojamiento quería imponernos, sin tener en cuenta lo que realmente habíamos contratado. Me parece lamentable que no se respete al cliente ni lo pactado. Muy decepcionante.

No nos llegó el día de antes rl mail con las instrucciones, después de llamar nos mandaron el mail de registro con las fechas incorrectas, cuando llegamos a la entrada de los aptos la máquina nos pedía pagar la reserva cuando ya la habíamos pagado hace un mes (y mucho más cara que el día de hacer el check in). El alojamiento bonito, se descansó bien y relativamente cerca del centro.
