The staff was very accommodating one woman found out. It was my son’s birthday weekend and gave him a little candy and then my son got a terrible stomach virus and they let us stay past regular checkout for a small fee which I thought was very fair considering we couldn’t go anywhere due to his stomach virus. If I was to visit Atlanta again, I would definitely come here.

The staff was very helpful and courteous! Every interaction was efficient and pleasant. Room and some places within the hotel are showing wear and tear but mainly cosmetic. The faucet in our room was barely attached to the sink.

Extremely disappointed - pets are $50-75 but nothing for them provided. Austin was terrific but other agent gave me attitude when I checked in over the very different fee rates between both Hampton two blocks from each other. Guests smoking pot in parking garage so building smelt like it. Brand new TVs that aren't smart TVs with limited streaming apps and no ability to mirror or cast from phone. Waste of money!!
