So outdated and overall in bad need of repair

Conditions of this room were terrible. There was a plastic bag with duct tape over a vent, stains of some sort on the lamp shade, and the caulk in the shower was a mess. I chose to leave immediately and the staff were very nice and refunded my reservation. This property needs some TLC.
