Our room wasn’t clean like it should be, there was crumbs on the table, the sofa wasn’t clean, the tub was dripping water, water bottles was place was left flip down one in the room and one on the bar. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. The only staff that was rude was the lady I guess she is the manager of the food and bar area was very rude. And I few we shouldn’t have to pay $20 a day to park at a hotel that we are paying to stay at especially when you are stay for three days or more. On a positive the hotel is nice when you walk in and etc. And they were very Welcoming when I enter beside the one employee stated above.

The Hotel and Staff are great. I only rated it 4 due to being placed in a room right next door to a room that was having the bathroom remodeled. I was awoken at 7:55am to a sledge hammer & Jack hammer taking out the bathroom floor. The Front desk had no problem moving my room but I feel I should not have even been put in that room in the 1st place. The location was great as there was a mall directly across the street. Also I had drinks and dinner at the bar. The staff and food was great. Thanks for a nice weekend away!

We love the way the rooms are laid out, how spacious they are and accessible. The staff is generally very very helpful as well. Unfortunately the property has fallen into disrepair, lacks outlets (!) in the rooms, rooms are darkly lit and beds are not comfortable. A real shame.
