My room was dirty on arrival and sheets were dirty. The next day I did not get my room cleaned till 6 pm despite my calling housekeeping 4 times and speaking to a supervisor on my floor. When I went to the front desk and spoke to the supervisor she was very nasty. Will not be back

Not a four-star property

This is not a four-star hotel. Their rooms are consistently dirty across the board. I was placed in multiple. There is a musty/smoky smell to most rooms, even though they are advertised as non-smoking. Their systems of communication are broken. No one explained that they no longer service rooms with fresh towels and linens. As a result, it left me scrambling to figure out how I was going to shower the next morning, as all towels and washcloths were used the night before. The only way to get anything accomplished is to wait again in the check-in line for 30 to 45 minutes in order to speak to someone. The in room phone and text service does not work. there is a 30 to 60 minute delay and representatives are located at an offsite location, unable to quickly help with any need you have. Outside of that, the check-in process, billing invoice, and parking garage navigation is unclear, confusing, and altogether in no ways, reminiscent of a four star experience. This hotel does not anticipate your needs, but reacts to them. Honestly, do yourself a favor and just avoid this property. Bringing these concerns to the property elicited no response from them. They did not apologize or take responsibility. They did send an email which read: “We apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations” but notice how that is language that avoids responsibility and places blame on me— it blames me for understanding what a four-star property is supposed to be.

Disappointing Stay – Needs Serious Updating I stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately, the room itself did not meet expectations. It was extremely small and felt quite dingy, with a persistent musty odor that made it uncomfortable to relax. There was only one window, but it was covered with some kind of opaque film, so we couldn’t see outside or get any natural light. The bathroom was equally underwhelming. The vent cover was caked with dust, and the body soap dispenser was completely empty—something that should be checked before guests arrive. The shower had old, heavy glass sliders that were difficult to move, paint coming off the ceiling, and the toilet was unusually low, making the space feel cramped and outdated. That said, the staff at both valet and the front desk were excellent—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. Their service was the highlight of an otherwise disappointing experience. Overall, while the hospitality was great, the room itself felt neglected and in need of a serious refresh.

I had booked two rooms, handicap needed, as noted/requested at my time of booking. When I checked in, no handicap room and then my two rooms weren’t even on the same floor. Very inconvenient.
