We came in with high expectations, but unfortunately they weren’t met. The pool was restricted to guests 21 and older, which makes it unsuitable for families. Our room had several issues—our shower didn’t drain properly, and the phone didn’t work. The resort fee also felt unreasonable, as we only used the room and nothing else. On top of that, the Wi-Fi only allowed two devices to connect for free, which is very inconvenient for families. Overall, this is not a family-friendly place to stay.

The renovated Centurion tower was very nice. We could easily walk to the beach, the outlets, the pier, and the water park. We had a great time. Looking forward to returning!!!

Having to pay a minimum of $30 for a high top chair and pool admission for each person for each day if you wanted to use the pool. This in addition to paying a resort fee at check-in.

I usually stay at Caesar’s at least once a year and I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. My ocean front view room was at the Centurion tower right next to the ice machine room and it was full of fruit flies and bad smell coming even inside the room.

The casino is nice enough, plenty of Ramsey restaurants to dine in. But it still smells like a casino that allows smoking and there’s nothing you can change about that. We stayed in the Centurion tower and that was quite nice and clean. We enjoyed our room and the shower is really nice. They are extremely understaffed, so it’s impossible to reach house keeping if you need anything. We loved that the hotel is right on the boardwalk and and then beach access is just right across the boards.

This is a very nice hotel and convenient to beach/shops; however the beds are full size and there was no window in my room. Too dark unless you turn on lights. Otherwise a great stay.
