I was put in a room that was near a waterleak area and the smell when you got off the elevator was very bad. It continued all the way to the room, Thank goodness the smell hadnt migrated into the room yet. it was a one night stay and maybe the last with ceasar.... SMH...

The ladies at the front desk were fantastic. The Nobu hotel room looked good, the view was lovely. The shower had someone else's hair stuck to the wall. The lack of room service options for Nobu was trash... I did not want to eat from ONLY that one restaurant ((which was not even open all the days I was there)). That almost won this spot a 1 star review. The view was heavenly though. The upper casino floor was nice, but downstairs... there were homeless and degenerate people sitting at the slot machines, with security around NOT DOING ANYTHING about them. Just what I want to do on a gambling trip... Pull money out in front of people that would hurt me for their next hit of drugs, like I did not feel great down there. ((I was not hurt on this trip, but, that is what I was thinking...)) Also, I never once heard anyone screaming for victories... Like no one that was gambling was having fun. Bleh.

Everything was good, room was clean, comfy, but paying to use the pool when you have hotel reservations is a bit much. That’s one take away from the hotel. Paying to use the pool will have people or customers stay elsewhere where pool is free of charge. Especially if you have kids.

This shouldn’t be called a resort when it doesn’t have the proper amenities of a REAL resort that you would get out of the country. I give this hotel 4/10 overall experience I didn’t enjoy my stay. I booked two rooms and the kids room had a smell of poop the entire stay we went to the front desk about it and all maintenance do was spray the room. And I end up spending more money here then out the country. WASTE

The property itself was nice. Unfortunately, the floor we stayed on had such a bad smell that was seeping into the room. There must’ve been a leak or something in the hallway because there was a horrible mildew smell in the hallway and they had big fans trying to dry the area but unfortunately that did not work. The smell was so strong it was coming into the room and was very foul. In addition, our refrigerator in the room did not work so the food we had put in there ended up spoiling. Other than these experiences, the hotel was nice but these inconveniences were upsetting.

We prepaid for our king NON smoking room in the renovated tower, when we got there we were informed they only had a double room in a different tower and SMOKING… The lady checking us in wasn’t very nice at all, I explained that there was no way we were getting downgraded much less put on a smoking room! After she spoke to someone (assuming the manager) we were upgraded to a king non smoking suite which was nice, buy why did we have to ask?!. The room itself didn’t smell like cigarettes… but towels, pillows, linens, everything else did. Every evening our bathroom had a smoke smell to it… assuming it comes from the ventilation. AC is very loud, no room service, only place to get food in the hotel after 10:00pm is a cafe that’s decent, but expected more honestly. All our clothes, even what never left our hotel room stunk like smoke! I understand the common areas are smoking… but stuff that never left our room smelling was a bit much for us. Most definitely wouldn’t recommend if you don’t appreciate smell of cigarettes the whole time.

First of all they charging 15$ for earlier check in. But the most important part they charge for pool 70$. I never had experience like that. I booked this place just because of the pool and i have to pay 70$ extra. Manager just say sorry and she can’t solve a problem . No information about pool fee on Expedia. P.S. Also the charge you 35$ fee when you check in. Terrible experience.
