Having a very nice stay. I would only suggest that when you call to make dinner reservations through the hotel that reservations shold not be made at a closed restaurant. We made reservations for Superfrico for 3/2 @ 6pm and after we went to the resturant found out that they are closed and will not open until 3/6!

The self park facilities really need attention. These areas I'm sure are not at the top of the priority list but they need to be. I understand there are issues but the stair cases were full of trash, smelled horribly of urine, there was human feces and even worse scattered used drug needles everywhere. The hotel itself was extremely over priced considering it had a view overlooking the lobby. This once prominent hotel I'm afraid is simply no more.
