Staff were rude and careless and tried scamming us with another night but they wouldve taken another security deposit as they still had the current one. They made my mother cry as it was a teio to relieve stress and brievement of 12 family members that passed. This place has terrible customer service, the room was nice.

I wanted a luggage trolley but one was not provided.The bed was way too hard. a microwave would be nice. another sitting area is needed.

Dirty rooms tv cable sucked was out front desk end was rude attitude like they spoke to you like you were on a bus stop or some busty from the street no comps played games with my check out bill over charged and double charged my credit card in dispute as we speak never stay at this hotel it was horrible …

We did not have breakfast, but have really enjoyed the lunch meal we had at Gordon Ramsey Pub & Grill. The rooms in the Centuron Tower are very nice & roomy, with very lighting chouces. The with sea view and the lit Ferris Wheel at night made our stay quite memorable and sweet.
