The Bed me and my mrs stayed in had a gap in the middle meaning there must of been two mattresses on top of the bed. The valet parking too expensive $45 a night is outrageous. If they had there own parking it would of been tumeke as and nice and cheap

Clean spacious service apartment within walking distance to everything as it centrally located in CBD. Staffs are friendly and helpful and valet parking is convenient. Highly recommended.

Great place situated in the city and near the docks and walkable in the lovely early spring weather. We stayed two nights. There's a 24 hours supermarket nearby with a few other bigger ones open till 10pm. The room is large, comfortable and well equipped and one can easily stay there midium term.

We had an issue with the shower on our first night, but it was fixed right away. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even arranged a cab for us at checkout, which was a nice touch. The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and popular attractions. It’s also very family-friendly, especially the pool and gym, which our family really enjoyed.

Used valet parking but no one that worked at the hotel could drive manual so we had to park and retrieve our own car. There was a lady in the room next to us who kept knocking on our door and the walls telling us to be quiet. Once around 4pm and again around 8:30pm. We weren’t being that loud, just talking and laughing with each other while getting ready to go out for the night.

Location was handy for ferry travel. It didnt feel like a safe location to be out by yourself in the evening. The linen was stained and I had to ask for it to be changed. Staff were friendly and helpful.
