Clean and centrally located. Our view from the room was of a car parkade. If you have a car parking is certainly a consideration. Hotel offers only valet parking $45. Possibly less expensive options elsewhere.

I had a very good experience. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I stayed in an executive 1 bedroom suite on the 21st floor and thoroughly enjoyed the room layout, view and kitchen.

Modern well maintained rooms, friendly helpful staff at reception, swift check-in. Hotel is actually situated just off Queen street so many shops are only a short walk away. Quay Street is a 10 minute walk.

Great hotel in great location. Rooms very clean. Lobby is large with good seating. 4 elevators made it so we never had to wait. I didn’t use the pool but those who did really enjoyed it. Staff very sweet and conscientious. It was a very good stay.
