Common areas have an extremely strong odor, almost toxic smell of some sort of industrial cleaning products. And that smell is in the rooms as well. Vinyl flooring is sticky from some sort of cleaning product residue. I don’t have asthma, but my lungs were burning all night, I barely slept. I will never return to this property.

In the area for the Ashtabula Beach Glass Festival

We had a great stay. The hotel is not brand new and some minor things will need to be updated along with attention to the parking lot (repaved) but our room was super clean, the beds and shower amazing and all staff from manager to housekeeping were very attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!
