This is one of the eight similar properties that invite you to enjoy the luxury of City Napa Seaview Villas in the centre of Ayia Napa, a popular seaside resort on the
southern coast of sunny Cyprus which attracts holidaymakers from around the world.
The villas location is certainly one of its most magnetic features. All the fun and
amenities of this beach resort are only steps away, while the extended sands of
Limanaki Beach are 750m from the development.
Taking a closer look at the 3-level villa that can easily accommodate up to 10 guests, you'll find a spacious open-plan living and dining area with an ultra-modern fitted
kitchen on the ground floor. Across the upper level there are 3 bedrooms, one
ensuite and the other two sharing a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is one the
lower level and has its own ensuite bathroom, as well as a separate kitchen,
making this level ideal as a private home within a home. All in all, you will enjoy 200sqm of contemporary sophisticated holiday living.
Outdoor living is the best aspect of a holiday home in Cyprus, and City Napa Seaview Villas reflect this perfectly. After spending a few hours in and around the garden pool you can retreat to the rooftop terrace for a drink or a full barbecue, or simply for some hydrotherapy in the jacuzzi or a quiet evening under the stars.
Apart from the tasteful minimal design, furnishing and decor, special comfort features include solar water heating, air-conditioning, double glazed windows, smart home installations and your private car park just outside.
Transfer from Larnaca International airport couldn't be easier, as the villa is only an easy 55km drive from the airport. Private taxis are always waiting for arrivals, or you can collect your pre-booked rental car to drive yourself.
A refundable breakage deposit of €450 is required for each stay.
