Not a good experience

The rooms are nice and big. The spa needs a renovation. There’s only old people at this hotel so not really nice for someone under 60 years. No one in the staff speaks a word of English so you need to be German to go there or know the German language. Food was not good at all.

Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die Nutzung der Therme direkt vom Hotel aus. Sehr gutes Frühstück in ruhiger Umgebung. Freundliches Personal. Leider unpassend für ein 4* sup Hotel die hellhörigen Zimmer. Man konnte das Fernsehprogramm und Unterhaltung der Nachbarn im O- Ton hören.

Das Hotel ist mit der Einrichtung in der Zeit 2006 stehen geblieben, was nicht weiter tragisch ist. Doch die Teppiche sollten dringend in den Zimmern grundgereinigt werden und Spinnweben im Foyer an den Möbeln entsprechend beseitigt werden. Wenn bei der Anreise ein Wasserspender angeboten wird, sollte dieser jederzeit entsprechend gefüllt und ansprechend präsentiert für die Gäste sein. Beim Frühstück sollten unter den Platzsets jederzeit gereinigt werden. Es wird scheinbar nur drumrumgewischt. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen, es ist keine Kritik, ich denke die vielen tgl. Kleinigkeiten machen den Charme eines 4* Hotels aus.
