COMPLETE RENOVATION. This cozy 43 m² attic studio apartment on a villa hillside above Bad Herrenalb is perfect for 1–2 guests seeking relaxation. The walls reach up to 6 meters high, and large windows offer stunning views of the Black Forest mountains. A custom-built wall unit surrounds a box-spring queen-size bed. The inviting living area features a stylish water-based open fireplace. The apartment includes a new designer bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, 4-in-1 microwave, and more. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV with streaming apps, comfortable armchairs, a reading lounger, and a dining table—all at junior suite standard.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles Notwendige. Leider haben sich Nagetiere in den Wänden eingenistet, sodass ich jede Nacht geweckt wurde. Die Tiere haben sehr starken Lärm über Stunden verursacht, sodass ich mich nach 4 Nächten zum Auszug entschieden habe.Der Vermieter hat einen Teil der Kosten zurück gezahlt.Vor mir haben sich bereits Mieter über Nagetiere beschwert jedoch hat der eingeschaltete Schädlingsbekämpfer, laut Aussage des Vermieters, nichts finden können.Meines Erachtens sollte der Vermieter dringend etwas gegen die Nagetiere in den Wänden machen, da es ja auch um sein Eigentum geht, aber er war im Gespräch sehr uneinsichtig und hat von Natur und Tieren auf dem Dach gesprochen, was jedoch definitiv nicht der Fall war.Ich würde die Wohnung nicht nocheinmal buchen.
