Very comfortable apartment on the 4th Upper floor with garage and a panoramic indoor pool in the apartment building "Am Schroffen 1" in Bad Reichenhall in the immediate vicinity of the Predigtstuhl cable car. The apartment is accessible via a lift. The beautiful, picturesque old town with pedestrian zone and many restaurants, cafes, boutiques, the very well-kept spa garden and the old saltworks are within easy reach. Bad Reichenhall and the Berchtesgadener Land, as well as Salzburg, just a few kilometers away, are a year-round holiday destination. The closest larger ski area (Lofer) is only 20 minutes away by car. You can hike in front of the Hautür and the Thumsee is only 5 minutes away by car.

Fast perfekt.

Der Kontakt und die Übergabe des Schlüssels (kontaktlos) hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung war sauber und genau so, wie es auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung war. Ein kleines Problem hatten wir allerdings mit dem Parkplatz, der für unseren Wagen (Honda CVR) etwas schmal war und es jedesmal sehr lange dauerte, den Wagen einzuparken. Gut war die Absicherung der Pfeiler mit Steropor, ansonsten hätten wir jetzt ein paar Kratzer am Wagen. Aber sonst top, können wir weiterempfehlen.
