The house is located in Bad Schönborn, a small village with village character. Bad Mingolsheim is known for its thermal springs. The place is also a high-rise for Nordic Walking.
The house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac on a slightly rushing stream with a terrace view of the church. The spa park is located near the apartment. Only a few kilometers from the village are the golf course in St. Leon-Rot and the Rhein-Neckar-Arena of the football club 1899 Hoffenheim in Sinsheim. The neighboring towns of Kronau and Östringen are the birthplace of the Handball Association "Rhein-Neckar-Löwen". The surrounding area is perfect for hiking and biking. By train you are fast in Heidelberg, Mannheim, Karlsruhe and Speyer. For daily needs you can choose between several supermarkets or the local companies.

Wunderschöne geräumige Wohnung in einer Top-Lage

Die Wohnung habe ich für meinen Bruder und seine Familie gemietet. Obwohl mein Bruder immer sehr anspruchsvoll ist, war er dieses Mal begeistert! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz, auch für 4 Personen. Die wunderschöne Terrasse hat einen tollen Ausblick. Hier kann man sich beim guten Wetter toll in der Sonne hängen lassen. Alles war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das separate Bügelzimmer war sehr praktisch und wurde viel benutzt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Man konnte in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß beim Thermalbad sein und gleichzeitig die schönen Gassen und Fachwerkhäuser der Stadtmitte geniessen. Auch zwei tolle Restaurants (deutsch, griechisch) liegen in direkter Nähe. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und geht auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Die Kommunikation war schnell und klar. Alles in Einem war es ein toller Aufenthalt! Danke und bis zum nächsten Mal :)

Urlaub zu zweit

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und bietet in unmittelbaren Umfeld viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung bietet bis zu drei Personen viel Platz und es ist alles vorhanden, was man alltäglich braucht.

Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Mussten bei Anreise erst mal putzen. Bett im Schlafzimmer ziemlich ausgeleiert und knarzte extrem. Ausstattung in Ordnung und wie beschrieben. Sofortige Reaktion auf Anliegen.

alles Notwendige vorhanden, gute Ausstattung, bei schönem Wetter kann man gut auf dem Balkon sitzen, gute Lage, zentral aber nicht laut, Lokale fußläufig gut erreichbar, ein bisschen mehr könnte auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie bietet sehr viel Platz, es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Lage in Bad Schönborn ist ideal, um Ausflüge nach Heidelberg, Worms, Speyer etc. zu unternehmen. Wir kommen gern mal wieder. Viele Grüße Fam. Pfeiffer

Schöne, große Wohnung, die nur etwas sauberer hätte sein können. An Geschirr ist leider nur das Nötigste vorhanden. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Oktoberurlaub

Der Oktoberaufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zentral waren Heidelberg und Sinsheim sowie Speyer für uns sehr gut zu erreichen. Und eine halbe Stunde Fahrzeit - was ist das schon für die Berliner - nen Katzensprung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.
