Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen aber in Ordnung für eine Nacht. Es kommen Gebühren für den Early Check in sowie für die Bademantelnutzung in top. Das Frühstück dürfte mehr Vielfalt haben und die Auswahl an Kaffeehaltige Getränke ist mit einer Kanne Kaffee zu wenig

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, was schön wäre, wenn ein Wasserkocher für Tee auf dem Zimmer stehen würde. Essen sehr gut. Godt hotell, dårlig mat

Fin beliggenhet nær thermalbadet. Hotellet bra, men restauranten derimot var skuffende: ikke a la carte, bare buffe og denne var virkelig dårlig. Neste dag valgte vi en god restaurant, bare 2 minutter unna (Genusswerk). Frokosten var ok, men bordene var for små og for få i forhold til antall gjester.

Das Restaurant war nicht sehr gut. Leider wurde man völlig im unklaren gelassen, was der Gang zum Buffet kostet. Im Fahrstuhl angebrachte Werbung ist Missverständlich und suggeriert einen deutlich günstigeren Preis. Erklärungsversuche des Personals unterirdisch. Kein Einsehen oder Entgegenkommen. Bei dem Preis hätte ich gerne ordentliches Essen gehabt. Als Buffet sicher ok, aber nicht mehr. Der Preis zu hoch! Hätte ich es gewusst, hätte ich nicht dort gegessen!

Der Aufenthalt im Kurhotel Pyramide war ein Erlebnis. Freundliches, hilfsbereites und fachkundiges Personal am Empfang. Mit einem wunderschönen fränkischen Dialekt. Das Zimmer war sauber, wie es sich gehört. Der Service im Speisesaal ist genial. Extra Tischdeko für Geburtstage usw. Service Personal immer "griffbereit". Der Aufenthalt im Kurhotel Pyramide war ein Erlebnis.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. War bestimmt nicht der letzte Besuch in diesem Hotel. Das einzige das an diesem heißen Wochenende gefehlt hat war die Klimaanlage. ;) Aber ansonsten alles was man braucht. Praktisch auch der Bademantelgang zur Therme . Kann man ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen

Personal super freundlich, Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben, Ambiente lässt für mich keine Gemütlichkeit aufkommen, in der Bar super Cocktails aber es lädt nicht zum bleiben ein. Trotzdem eine Reise wert, der Bademantelgang in die Therme ist unschlagbar!!
