Staff is great, place needs renovation

I was in doubt whenever to rate as average or poor, because location is great and price is very low. However I cannot incentivize people to go there knowing how the place looks like... teared down walls, a lot of smell, it just does not feel comfortable. It is still a great deal and to stay 1-2 nights maybe an option... but be aware there is a reason you are paying so much less compared to hotels nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay in hotel Quellenhof Sophia. Our room, a junior suite on the 5th floor, was very big and had nice views. The beds were fine, there was a mini fridge with some free beers and water. Just loads of space for three the kids to play. Nice balcony as well. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel, due to the virus situation, so can't comment on those. The hotel is centrally located so we could walk everywhere. The baths are just next door. Do go there! Plenty of restaurants nearby. Not any supermarkets though. We would certainly come again.

Nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Many additional free options: minibar, tee & coffee, fruits, bakery, bag with towel & robe & slippers if you go to Termae additional free 1 hour to Caracal. Very much options to long walks in the forest and hills around the city

A great choice!

Mini bar content included (2 beers, 2 soft drinks, 2 big water bottles) and more available for free at the reception fridge. Bread and fruits free on each floor and also croissants and cookies at the reception. Good room. The only thing was the bath faucet dripping. Awesome breakfest for 9.5 euros!

This property is outstanding. The best feature is the location but the staff friendliness is not far behind. Free mini bar is a very welcome feature as well as free parking. The rooms are extremely spacious. If you prefer a bit of a firm mattress, as we do, you are in luck. The breakfast is not included but for the price is well worth it. Such a beautiful layout and selection. No air conditioning so this could be a problem in the summer but in late November it was not an issue.

The hotel's location is very central to everything Baden Baden has to offer. The rooms are very spacoius and clean. The staff was very attentive to all our requests.

Andre was the best!! Very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very ample. Loved having coffee in our room every morning with our fresh pastries and fruit . When we come back, plan on staying there again

Friendly and great value.

A really spacious hotel with really friendly, helpful staff. The communication was good prior to our stay with English spoken. We were able to park in the underground car park for free. There is fruit and snacks available all day and the drinks in the mini bar are a lovely addition especially as the city is quite expensive. Highly recommended for a short stay.

Very comfortable hotel in excellent location

Very good location with convenient parking. Close to the thermal baths. Nice touch with fresh fruit and cookies left out on each floor for guests.
