Friendly staff. Clean room. Hot water. Great water pressure. Hot/Cold water lines are reversed in the shower room 208. Breakfast is cereal or waffles. Several coffee options. I wish they had some bananas. Denny's, Starbucks and In-N-Out less than a block away.

I can tell my dislikes, was hard for me to get into the room, key never opened the room, it was raining, they had to give me another room, it was uncomfortable walking back and forth to the lobby seeking for help.

Arrived after 8 and was told they almost gave our rooms away. Nothing on site saying you needed to check in before 8. Last day our keys were inactivated had to go get new ones. Front desk was rude and very unhelpful.

We stayed Thursday night to Sunday morning. We were able to check in and get our keys pretty fast, but when we got the the room we noticed the bed cover was dirty and the toilet wasn’t flushing right. We asked for another room and they gave us new bed covers. Only reason I’m giving it a 3 star was because the location was good, there’s stores and gas stations around so area wasn’t sketchy.

Horrible stay!

We stayed 2 nights. My roommate got locked in the bathroom at 5:30am due to a broken door lock ( I noticed that it was broken when we arrived). After 20 minutes got him out using a credit card. We notified the front desk about the lock and a non functioning light switch. The second evening neither the lock or light switch had been fixed. The beds were worn. Only 1 washcloth and one hand towel and 2 small towels for a two bed room reserved for two adults. Broken tile in the tub surround and broken/missing Formica on every surface. Laminate floor had the edges of the surfaces ruined from wet mopping. Morning front desk person was rude. Several homeless hanging out in the parking lot. Manager not available by phone. Breakfast was coffee, 2 types of cold cereal and waffles. Not much else. We ate at Dennie’s Probably the worst place that I ever stayed.
Handle would not move the latch.
Motion detector at the sink shut the light off immediately.
