Affordable and decent hotel

Our stay was perfectly adequate. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. The area was on the edge of a rougher part of town, as evidenced by the fact that you need your key to get into the hotel after 6pm. I would suggest only venturing south of the hotel, not north during your stay. Breakfast was pleasant and the lobby was very airy.

Check in was excellent. Valet was awesome. Hot fresh cookies with milk was offered to my grandson at check in. He got a figit toy. The room was spectacular. I felt like I was first class. I will stay here again. I am already planning my next trip and this where I will stay.

It was very close to the inner harbor..near the aquarium but the handle on toilet in the room was broken, so it ran all night which was annoying.. this hotel needs 2 or 3 more waffle maker.. cause waiting 10 mins to make one is crazy

There was a leak in the wall and the whole bathroom floor was soaking wet. They weren't concerned about it. We were because it was the wall where all the light switches and electrical sockets were could have caused the fire.

It was clean, updated, quiet in the room. Only concern was surrounding area felt unsafe at night. Alot of activity and police presence. Otherwise good for a quick overnight stay

Great value and accomodation

The woman who checked us in was wonderful and, unfortunately, I forget her name! My only complaint was that the pool was FREEZING and I made several attempts to swim, hoping it would be warmer. Finally on my next to last day, it was fine! Otherwise, lovely stay!
