Didn’t have the best stay unfortunately. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. The shower door was broken (no handle) and the shower itself leaked on the floor into a large puddle so I almost fell. Also there was body lotion and body wash only, no shampoo, but not the end of the world. Then I realized they had double charged me - check in ended at 10pm, I arrived at 10:30pm (with prior notice), was asked to pay at the desk, no problem, then the next morning I saw that they had charged my credit card online at 9pm before check in finished. I had to request and wait for a refund which took a bit of time, and when I told the staff all that had happened her only reaction was “oh this is shocking to me” and walked away. It’s budget and does the job but customer service isn’t great.
