Welcome to this friendly designed holiday apartment, which offers you a pleasant retreat on 50 m² near the coast. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained holiday home and is only about 60 metres from the gravel and fine gravel beach – ideal for a relaxing beach holiday. Shops, restaurants and the lively centre are just a few steps away, so you can design your stay comfortably and flexibly.
The holiday apartment offers two separate bedrooms that convince with their peaceful atmosphere. Both rooms feature comfortable double beds, storage space and pleasant room darkening. Additionally, an auxiliary bed is available, so that up to five people can find space. The living and dining area is designed openly and combines functionality with a homely touch. Here you can expect a cosy sofa bed, a dining table for four people as well as SAT-TV. The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on warm days.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for self-catering. A refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas stove, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle as well as cooking utensils and cutlery are available to you. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.
A special highlight of the accommodation is the spacious terrace with 25 m², which offers you plenty of space for relaxed hours outdoors. A table with chairs for up to six people and an awning provide comfort, and direct access to the garden enables an even more nature-oriented stay.
As part of the additional facilities, there is WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning and a private parking space directly at the house. The accommodation is reserved for non-smokers and pets are not allowed.
