This holiday apartment on the ground floor offers comfortable accommodation on 40 m² in the best location, just about 60 metres from the nearest gravel and fine gravel beach. Due to the central location, you can reach restaurants, cafés, shopping opportunities and the lively centre within a few minutes' walk. Medical care and leisure facilities are also located in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed, additional sleeping chair, storage space, and room darkening. The combined living, dining, and kitchen area is practically furnished and ideally suited for couples or small families. A sofa bed complements the sleeping arrangements. The kitchenette offers everything you need for self-catering: refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas stove, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, as well as cooking and dining utensils. A dining area for four people, SAT-TV, and air conditioning ensure comfort and functionality.
