Simple, functional flat—ideal for a relaxing stay—located on the lower floor of a building. The apartment features an open-plan space with kitchen, dining area, and living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. The kitchen includes a fridge and cooktop (no oven or dishwasher). There is one double bedroom and one single bedroom; the window in the single room opens to a ventilation corridor and has no natural light. The bathroom has a shower.



At the entrance, there is a porch with a table and chairs for your exclusive use. Bed linens are included. The sofa is not an extra bed, and the maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded. The washing machine is shared with other apartments and located in a common area.



You can walk to Begur’s historic center and enjoy various leisure, shopping, and dining options without a car. A bus stop is 100 meters away. The main beaches are 2 to 5 km from the apartment.



Free parking is available in the surrounding area. In summer, the town hall provides a bus to various beaches. Parties are not allowed, and you are asked to respect the neighbors (music volume, noise at night, etc.). Pets are not allowed. There is no air conditioning. Use of the pool is not permitted.



There are 7 properties in the building, 6 for guests. The other belongs to the owners, who are available via the booking platform for any questions or needs during your stay.
