Nestled in a quiet residential area just a 10-minute walk from the charming medieval village of Begur, this welcoming villa offers the perfect balance of privacy, nature, and easy access to the best of the Costa Brava. Surrounded by a magnificent pine forest and located less than 5 km from some of the region’s most beautiful beaches, the house is an ideal base for relaxing holidays with family or friends.





House
From the street, you enter through a gate and follow a short set of steps down to the front door. Inside, the entrance hallway immediately feels warm and welcoming. On the right-hand side there is a bunk bed area, a cozy sleeping space that works especially well for children. As you continue through the house, the space opens into a bright and sociable open-plan living area. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area, and a relaxed lounge space with a fireplace, perfect for evenings together after a day exploring the coast. Just around the corner from the dining area, the lounge creates a slightly separate sitting space while still remaining connected to the heart of the home.

From the hallway, a few steps lead down to the main sleeping area of the house, where you will find three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with two double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds. One of the double bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a second bathroom. For optimal comfort, the house is best suited for up to 4 adults and 2 children.





Garden

Outside, the villa truly comes into its own. The large terraced garden unfolds across several levels, offering multiple places to relax, dine, and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings. The upper terrace, directly connected to the house, features a dining table and barbecue, perfect for long outdoor meals. This terrace is fully fenced, meaning small children cannot access the pool area below.

From here, steps lead down to the pool terrace, where you will find a very sunny swimming pool, another covered outdoor dining area, a bar area, and an additional barbecue space. The pool itself is also fenced for safety, making the property particularly suitable for families. The terraces enjoy lovely open views over the surrounding pine forest, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the day.



Whether you spend your mornings exploring the nearby coves and beaches, strolling into Begur for coffee in the village square, or simply relaxing by the pool surrounded by nature, the villa is designed to make you feel at home very easily.

For guests who enjoy sports, there is also a paddle court located less than 500 metres from the house.

With its sunny pool, spacious terraces, peaceful location, and proximity to both village life and the sea, this villa offers a wonderful setting for a memorable Costa Brava getaway.
