Great service and amazing restaurant. All the staff are friendly and polite. Super clean and they always keep the rooms clean. Amazing location and very quiet. Nice chocolate store at the lobby.

Horrible experience. The hotel has not yet finished and is still under-construction which the hotel did not inform us in advance prior booking. Everywhere on our 1st floor is underconstructed. We cannot open our room balcony and window as outside are full of construction equipments and there were people working on our balcony!! Because we stayed during this hot summer so we had to leave the balcony door opened for some fresh air during the night and at 7am in the morning there was a guy jumping into our balcony!! I know in Switzerland is safe but this is still unacceptable due to privacy matter. The hotel constructed worker also opened and fixed the floor inside our room and left the door freely without letting us know, never had this horrible experience like this before. I have taken both photos and video to support my statement and the bad experience. Good points: restaurant staff is friendly and good service.

very nice hotel a bit too far out of town ok if you are fly somewhere locally. nice restaurant bit pricey 28 euro for a Burger and chips, too far out to look for other resturants.

mixed feelings

it is very difficult to judge the service; you can encounter a very pleasant and efficient waiter and then you can be served by an arrogant and totally inefficient one. No conformity. There is no regular reception service. The restaurant staff are not interested in helping out with any reception issues. The room we got was facing the runway. There was a party which ran until 22:00, but then it took the staff until midnight to clean up. With the door closed it was relatively quiet. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. Modern bathroom and a kitchenette. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was a joke. For sure, not worth what we were charged. We were told that it was due to an upcoming brunch. It seems that the hotel is run as a side business for many events. Check-out was super complicated.

Bien dormir , bien manger à deux pas de l'aéroport

A part le selfchecking qui était un peu compliqué, numéro de reservation introuvable, l'accueil a été charmant, la chambre particulièrement confortable. Et le diner , une vraie réussite ! Une très bonne escale.

Très accueillant

Accueil parfait et très chaleureux, même pour mon arrivée tardive. Les gérants/propriétaires étaient très avenants. L’hôtel et les chambres étaient en rénovation et seront parfaits bientôt. La chambre rénovée était moderne, fonctionnelle, bien aménagée. Tout était neuf.
