Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It has a great deck and hottub with lovely views. We also took advantage of the amenities, including the community pool and trails. Communication was easy and the property managers are very responsive..we hope to return for winter/ski season!

Anniversary Weekend

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the ease of check in and check out. Thank you for the clean home that we spent a wonderful Staycation in. We love this area and we were very comfortable in your location! We stayed in a similar unit last year and upon arriving found that the hot tub didn't work. A few days before our stay, I contacted Vacasa to make sure the hot tub in this unit was in working order and I received a kind, quick reply informing us that it was indeed working. We would definitely return!

Enjoyed our stay!! Great little place!

It was great! Beautiful condo! Clean and quiet! Only issue was we couldn't get the hot tub temperature up the first night, even following the instructions. Had to let it sit over night and all day for it to be hot enough our second night. And the jets in the bath didn't work either.

Has potential but real issues

First off no tennis despite being in the title. It was part of the reason we booked, there isnt even an affiliation with tennis. VRBO says community pool and spa closed due to covid, its been open for years and is nice. Sofa and lounge chair are “done” you couldn't even donate them, rug had 2 plate size stains, washer detergent door broken…cant add soap and washer was full of black mold and noted on other reviews. Worse was the serious electrical hazard. The expandable flex hose to fill the jacuzzi is 2” from a 110 outlet and it is not a GFI outlet or has a cover! Worse even, sting lights are plugged into the outlet and draped over the jacuzzi ending right next to the edge of the water. This is a massive electrocution risk and out of code. Location was nice, place appeared clean but we weren’t convinced the bedding was changed. View was nice and community was great. When we called the local “office” number ( 503 area code) to find out where the tennis court was the number forwarded to an offshore call center that didn't know a thing and couldn't help us. After a 1/2 hour of vacation wasted talking to the Philippines they said a local person would call, about 2 hours later a local called and was very helpful, but no tennis. We told them about the electrical issues. Hopefully they are fixed before someone gets hurt or worse. If all the issues are fixed Id stay there again, but I found out there are much cheaper units for rent in the same community.

Great location but updates needed

We loved the location & it was clean. Hot tub fluctuations were from 96-110, we never knew what we were going to get. The fireplace heater kept running all day just to maintain 68’. Thankfully we were out & about most days, but felt chilled in the evening, offering warmer blankets for bed would help. It would be nice to have soap in shower as we forgot ours. Very peaceful setting, we loved the river walk & proximity to town.

Second stay

We love the condo and the location. This was our second stay at this condo. Only complaint is that a few more supplies are needed (extra garbage bags and toilet paper - 1 of each isn't enough for a one week stay). Also the hottub needs more bromine as we have run out with both stays - can be a health issue).

Great Get-Away

We were impressed with the comfortable setting this condo provided. It was well-stocked and close to all the great places in Bend. I loved being able to use the trailhead right near our condo to connect to the amazing river trail. We would love to come again.

Jacuzzi problem

Don't go. We got no sleep. They have built a Jacuzzi into the balcony. The Jacuzzi shares one whole wall with the master bedroom. The Jacuzzi jets and pump were on a timer. It kept coming on all night. We were in constant contact with the property manager; they kept apologizing promise to action. NO ONE EVER showed up. Can We expect full refund.

Cute and cozy

Great place to stay. Nice and cozy with heating provided via electric fireplace. Netflix. Both coffee pot and Keurig. Basic spices/cooking things provided. A couple minor things that could have been better would be the hot tub wasn't very full and it made a loud suction sound entire time in it, so took the relaxation out of it. The hot tub needed to be drained/water cleaned. A couple minor cleaning things. Great location next to the Deschutes River and Old Mill shopping area. Overall this place was great and I would definitely stay again.

Quiet Overnight

We stayed just a quick overnight trip while attending a country music concert. Spent very little time at the facility but was very clean and quiet. Would certainly come back again for a long weekend stay.

Perfect Getaway

We wanted someplace for a work from “home” getaway. There were two working spots for us to use and the Wi-Fi was great. We spent lunch at the pool. Then right after work, we got on our bikes and explored Bend. Couldn’t recommmend more highly.

Luxury Condo Short Drive to Town

This is a really nice, very clean (mostly) condo. Beautiful on the inside, and beautiful view of trees/hill in back. Hot tub is a nice feature but water was cloudy and did not use (weather too warm). I did not like that this was an extra mandatory charge. Inside of condo mostly pristine, but as others have stated, the indoor bath/jacuzzi basin was either dirty or just scuffed up from being old. It does have a coffee maker but did not discover it hidden in back of upper cabinet until my last day. Had some issues with getting the house key (there are 2 key boxes with the same code, only one of which is the main house key). This could have been communicated better. There is an adjoining door to the neighboring unit which I opened thinking it was part of the unit, and unnecessarily alarmed the neighbor/myself when they heard me entering. This also could have been communicated better (sign on door?). It is a short drive to coffee shops/bars/restaurants, but unfortunately not really walkable. Overall a really nice place but could have been better mostly with better communication/description.
