Riverside Cottage - Just Steps from the Deschutes

Summary:

Here at “Otter Site” you will be a few steps away from the water, and you’ll feel completely immersed in nature with a huge picture window with a breathtaking view of the Deschutes River. You’ll have room for up to 4 on the queen bed, and the twin trundle beds. There’s a perfectly equipped kitchenette, a full bathroom, and tinted windows for privacy. Bring along 2 pets for an additional fee, and make the most of access to the indoor pool from 9:00 AM-10:00 PM daily!



The Space:

Welcome to Bend Riverside Unit 259, which we've nicknamed "Otter Sight." The name says it all. As you walk into this quaint riverfront cottage you immediately see an incredible view of the Deschutes River that's otter this world. You couldn't get any closer to the river without getting wet.



Otter Sight sleeps four with a queen bed and a trundle bed that converts into two twins. It has a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge and stovetop. Cookware and dishes are provided. There's one full bathroom with a shower and tub.  Flooring has been upgraded to hardwood-like laminate flooring.



The large riverfront window is tinted for privacy. Outside the window is a man-made spillway that creates a beautiful water feature. Two sections of the window open with a screen so you let in the sound of the rushing river.



Feel free to bring along up to 2 pets, as this unit welcomes animals, and make the most of access to the indoor heated pool from 9:00 AM-10:00 PM daily!



Guest Access:

The cottage comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a cottage in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This cottage is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The cottage comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
