Great Apartment, Great Location

Alfred was very helpful and Mascha, who met us, was lovely. The apartment was really well-equipped and had the most wonderful view of Poniente Beach. There was everything we wanted for our 9-night stay and the shopping trolley was ideal for our trips to Mercadonna

The day we started our stay building works commenced and therefore 5 days a week workers were drilling and banging 5+days of the week ,other than that we had a good stay

A great apartment, well maintained, providing excellent facilities with every thing you could need for a relaxing holiday.. Located in a quiet area very close to the Poniente beach, All shops, restaurants, supermarket within walking distant. Well maintained by the owner and his staff. We would stay there again.

Lovely stay

The property was very well kept. Lovely view. Had great utensils in kitchen, didn't have toaster though. Very spacious and was lovely to stay there. Had a hiccup with internet but Alfred the owner sorted it out immediately. When the weather was bad the apartment was a great comfort.

Peaceful place

We have stayed at this apartment before and have enjoyed it each time. The apartment is well aired and now with the addition of ceiling fans you are not reliant on using AC machine. Beds are comfortable, cooking equipment is sufficient for making easy meals (We tend to eat out and only make snacks / sandwiches for beach) There are plenty of places to eat with a few minutes walk from the apartment all serving different dishes.

Best apartment we have ever stayed in

We have stayed in very many apartments over the years but Beach House Four Seasons has been by far the best. It is situated in a tree lined street just minutes from the beach and a short walk to a supermacardo, restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself is large airy and spotlessly clean,the extra large bed is extremely comfortable. Being on the seventh floor there is an excellent sea view. Glass sliding doors span the full width of the apartment giving a conservatory feel to the front of it. The public areas of the building are cleaned everyday by a very friendly Spanish lady . We enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment so much that we have already booked it for next year. So thank you to Alfred for all your help and thank you to Alice for your friendly welcome, see you next year.

Second stay at this apartment

This was our second stay at this apartment and it was as good as the first time. It is very modern and clean, we stayed for 5 weeks and we had everything we needed there. The Mercodonna supermarket is only a ten-minute walk away, and the beach is on your doorstep. We hope to stay in this apartment again next year. Thank you Alfred and also Alice who was there to greet us with the keys.

Lovely Apartment

My husband and I stayed in this apartment in January for a month. We were very happy there, nice and clean, modern, big comfy bed, we loved having our morning coffee looking out towards Peacock Island. On our arrival, a lovely lady called Alice came to meet us with the keys. We would definitely book this apartment again.

We really loved the location, couldn't have been better positioned. Apartment has been decorated to a high standard. Plenty of restaurants around which do really good food. Close to the beach. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay and do your own thing.

appartement tres beau ,belle vue sur la mer .Mais les stores exterieurs ne fonctionnent pas laissant le soleil chauffer les pieces Le ventilateur de salon ne fonctionne pas également La chambre ne peux pas etre isolée du reste des pieces ce qui fait que le climatiseur portable est inutile La temperature dans l'appartement était d'environ 30 degrés =beaucoup de difficultés pour récuperer la nuit
