Aparthotel in the heart of Benidorm located 100 metres from Poniente beach and 450 metres from Levante beach.

Recently renovated building designed for the enjoyment of our guests, with a total of 20 apartments with capacity for 3 and 5 people and featuring a lift, internet access (wifi), communal laundry room with washing machines, iron and ironing board at no extra charge.



All apartments have a terrace, hot and cold air conditioning, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery/cutlery/kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is an optional parking space with an extra charge right in the building opposite (Mercadona). Parking rates: 1 day €22, week €97, 10 days €128, 15 days €148, month €181. From 5 days onwards, the weekly pass is worthwhile. The cost is paid at the same car park.



-Key handover and check-in are carried out in the same building 24 hours a day. If you need additional information, ticket sales, direct bookings or if you have not completed online check-in, our office is located on Rey Jaime I avenue number 20, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, opposite Burger King.

-A sum of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a deposit.

-Check-in from 16:30 (high season may be delayed until 18:00)

-Check out until 11:00

-Pets are admitted with a supplement of €10 per night with a minimum of €25 per stay and a maximum of €100.

-Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.

Great location, spacious apartment and comfy mattress!

Great location in Old Town, moments from the beach and all the restaurants, shopping etc. The apartment was spacious and modern with a great comfy mattress and great powerful shower. However it was a bit stark. It feels a bit like it’s not finished ie no full length mirror, no decor like pictures etc. A thicker duvet for January would be great as pretty cold at night, just a bit more attention to decor but would definitely stay again.

Nos gustó mucho su ubicación. Estaba cerca de todo. Milagros estaba dispuesta a ayudarte siempre. Estaba todo bien aunque falta alguna balda en el baño y televisión en la habitación. Podían dejarnos un baño para asearnos después de haber estado todo el día en la playa antes de coger el vuelo, ya que la habitación hay fue dejarla pronto.
