MAGNIFICENT VILLA IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS. For a maximum of 8 people.
LAY OUT: Villa with two floors. On the ground floor we will find two bedrooms, with double beds and a bathroom with shower as well as a living room and full kitchen with direct access to the garden and the pool. On the upper floor of the villa there are two bedrooms: a double bed with bathroom and bath and access to the terrace with chill out. The other room has 2 single beds, a bathroom with bath and access to the upper terrace.
EXTERIOR: We access the large plot and the first thing we find is a beautiful pool with sun loungers to sunbathe. The view is spectacular: the sea and the emblematic Peñón de Ifach de Calpe. A huge semi-covered parking area for 2 vehicles. At the front of the villa there is a terrace with a table and chairs for 8 people, a sofa and several armchairs to have a drink.
LOCATION: Villa located in Benissa, La Fustera. In a very quiet and residential area but with proximity to all services and the beach.
