This beautiful newly built Tuscan-style villa for 8 guests is located in the hills between Bolgheri and Bibbona. It is surrounded by a large well-kept garden equipped with barbecue and carport parking and a hectare of olive trees. Beautiful infinity swimming pool with solarium, sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas for total relaxation.



The Villa is divided over two floors and is located on a hill in the middle of the vineyards with sea view. With a short and comfortable staircase you reach the large porch and the balcony.



The first floor consists of a very bright open space living room, with super-equipped kitchen and sun flooded dining area, as well as two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The lower ground floor offers two other bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a second living room. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and heating.



The villa offers its guests all the best modern services for a relaxing stay: Wi-fi, two satellite TVs, safe, alarm system, air conditioning, heating and complete equipments for comfortable holidays: fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dryer, iron complete with ironing board.



The villa lies only 10 km from the sea and beaches, Bibbona is 5 km away and the famous village of Bolgheri is less than 5 km away.



The villa is ideal for two familiesa group of friends looking for a great accommodation equipped with all comforts, near the sea and which is a good starting point to discover Tuscany, its gastronomy and its finest wines… to be savored poolside after a beautiful day of excursions and discoveries.

Erholsamer Urlaub in der puren Natur

Die Woche im Ferienhaus war traumhaft. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und das Grundstück ist schön und riesig. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool gefallen. Auch die Olivenbäume und der Ausblick waren ein Traum. Mit dem Auto konnten wir die Gegend erkunden. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Gerne wieder.
