Rooms were not clean, bedding on table not made, water wouldn't warm up for 20 minutes running in one room, ac in one room didn't work, no phones to call front desk, window was wide open bottom floor and when we went to close it fell out as if never attached.

I'm an easy going traveler, I don't expect too much from the cheaper places I stay. This place is bad. Bathroom was dirty, floors looked like they hadn't been swept for days. No cups or glasses in the room, and to top it off, no hot water, even at 6AM. Most vending machines and ice makers were out of order, just an overall bad place to stay. I hate to give bad reviews, but this place really deserves one.

The mattress creaked and poked! Pubic hairs in the tub, dirt clumps on the floor, no drinking cups, window latch totally missing, no security chain. I didn't feel safe, shady characters hanging around. Real sketch!

Good price the restaurant and elevator where down. The website said free breakfast didn't happen because they didn't have one. The king size bed rolled to the middle and squeaked every time you rolled over. Only two pillows and you had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths and they wanted you to return the dirty one's to the front desk who does that.

It was cheap. For being a smoke less building as i walked down the hallway all I could smell was cigarette smoke and weed. The coffee bar was a joke. When I went out to smoke I saw so many drug deals go down. We had a king size bed with only 2 pillows. No ice bucket or cups in the room. If your looking for a cheap place to lay your head this is the place.

The sheets had stains, the furniture had stains, no drawer handles and broken off pieces. The lamps had broken shades and paint on the foot, the curtains had moths homes, the AC warn off buttons and the shower faucet was half broken and difficult to adjust the water flow and temperature. Stay away.

For the price, an ok room. Hotel being remodeled so no restaurant nor casino. Shows its age, but if you need a cheaper place to stay, this is it. Not a 5-star hotel, but the area is quiet and convenient to freeway.

What I didn’t like was many things: 1. Room was dark and dreary. 2.unclean. 3. Unsanitary 4. Unssfe, the window does not lock. I was on the ground floor. The attendant gave me a cane to use and I did put it in the window. 5. The bathroom door had a hole in it. 6. The refrigerator went completely out. Loss of food. 7. Second Unsafe situation: Possible electrical outlet box not working. The air conditioner cord was attached to an extension cord into another outlet. The cord spread across the floor, also unsafe. It is a tripping hazard. I have pictures. 8. No staff cleaning the hallways, etc. for the four )4) days, four (4) nights I stayed there. 9. Towels requested wasn’t folded when handling them to me. 10. Just terrible air quality. 11. Doesn’t look, smell or act like a hotel:motel. 12. I need a Total Refund. 13. The furnishings, chair and mattress was just deplorable. Please, I Want My Money Baclk.
