September 2025 Friends Trip

Not much interaction from the hotel staff. Rooms were very dusty in some areas. Rooms would not cool regardless of what the AC was set on. Beds felt like sleeping on cardboard. No food accommodations for a gluten allergy. Had to leave the property for every meal! I left a voicemail for the Food & Beverage Manager, but he/she never returned my phone call.

Just One Drawback

The only drawback is the pool and restaurants don’t open until 4pm, where other casinos have the pools and restaurants a lot earlier!
