We stayed there 6yrs ago. 3 night stay this trip. We love this hotel and casino. Very clean and very nice rooms. Towels were kind of thin. Asked housekeeping to empty our trash, but never showed up. Otherwise, we would definitely stay there again.

This property was very nice, and the rooms had recently been renovated. I love that the staff was very nice and accommodating. I love the extra security before going to the rooms, this ensures that no one who is not listed in the rooms can be let up. This made me feel very safe and would travel to this hotel again.

I loved the safety, but definitely hated having to show my ID every time to get into elevator. My room was perfect! Comfy and cozy! Loved the blackout automatic shade in my room. The view was amazing! Would recommend to family and friends.

I really like this hotel and casino, and will stay there again. However on this trip i asked for a room away from the ice vending and elevators but was given a room directly across from the vending and only 2 doors away from the elevators. In the room the pillows felt like someone put a cardboard box inside the pillow cases making it very uncomfortable. There was a motion light inside the closet that would come on for no reason during the night and would light up the room. In the bathroom the hair dryer did not worl which presented a problem to both my wife and I because we did not bring one with us. These issues were repoted to the front desk and i was told the proper departments would be notified.

We chose this hotel because of the “heated”pool and the putt putt course on property. This was a family spring break trip. Our key card didn’t work in the pool, we had it reset 3 times and then gave up. It did work the next day, the pool was not heated even though the front desk said it was. The putt putt wasn’t open the 3 days we were scheduled to be there. Getting to our room was an ordeal you had to show your key card and an ID every time. Felt like I was visiting someone in prison. Four elevators only ever saw 1 work for the first day and a half. Security guard watched my husband load up our cooler with the kids drinks and water in the parking lot and the. He was turned away at the door because no coolers allowed. The fridge froze everything with no temp dial to adjust. Only one trash bucket in the entire room. Whenever you have to talk to the front desk you have to yell to be heard over the obnoxious player piano in the circular open area that it shares.
