Shower needs a grip mat. I almost slipped and fell twice while taking a shower. It was slippery.. Light kept going on and off in the closest but was fixed immediately when reporting it. Excellent service, courteous. Environment was very clean.

This place was a wonderful jewel in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood. The staff was amazing and very kind. Our room was spacious with a FABULOUS view overlooking the water. The sunrise was Amazing.

It was the worse, we felt like we where on house arrest not vacation. Check in was a nightmare left us out in the hot car fir 45 min. My wife has cancer and can not stand long, walk long and can not do stairs. I went in to check in they where so slow i had to wait a half hour before anyone could check me. Then they informed me my wife had to come in amd check in also. Their check in dest was up stairs no elivator ,there where the moving steps my wife balance is very bad she almost fell down the steps coming back. But when she checked, they asked for my id and onfo again. Then we still had to wait in the hot car for amother half hour cuz the valets have to check your suit cases before they could be brought. I asked if my wife could go to the room while they did all that they said yes. But she was stopped at the elavator and was asked for her id and wanted her to check in again. That was the breaking point, we found out that you have to check in evertime you go in come out and have your id check no matter where you go. Im wife could not take it anymore she was over heated face was beat red her feet and legs swelled up. I thought i was going to have to take her to the hospital. We did not stay there we left it was the worse exsperance every, like i said it felt like we where on house arrest not vacation. We want a refund.

Large room, beautiful view, friendly staff. Only hung I hate is that the entire place smells like cigarette smoke. Guess that’s to be expected in a casino. But in this day & time when the larger majority of folks are smoke free, the smoking areas should be in a closed off place somewhere away from rooms and common areas.

Great hotel the staff, food, location, cleanliness, and the Casio was great. My only complaint the bathroom fan stays on the entire time. It was hard for me to get a good night sleep due to the bathroom fan.

Overall a nice stay. Hotel is starting to show wear and tear in the elevators. Damaged buttons and missing light covers. Towels are old and had a strange smell. House keeping replaced them very quickly.

I liked the modern feel of the hotel but the stay was super inconvenient. I hated the ID checks everytime you left the room and I hated that you had to check in guest to your room and they had to be ID'd everytime. I had to put the things I was carrying down on the floor (food, drinks, bags) so I could pull out my ID. Then you had to use a room key to operate the elvator. Clearly if you had a key, you belonged there. If the security carded you, you should be able to use the elevator. Ibwas also displeased that the hotel only gleans your room agter you check out. We had 4 days of trash piled up in the wastebasket and tucked in the corner. You have to call for fresh towels and there is no refrsh of the space. If I wanted to do the housekeeping daily, I would have stayed in a Airbnb. Overall, I don't recommend this hotel.
