In a central location and relaxed atmosphere you can enjoy your holiday in this small and fine bungalow. Here you can enjoy your holiday peacefully and directly in the center of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.

The bungalow is furnished with a size of approx. 35 sqm modern, bright and friendly. It is divided into living and sleeping areas, kitchen with fitted kitchen, dining table and 2 chairs as well as a bathroom with shower. In the living / sleeping area is a double bed with a size of 1,80m x 2,00m. The fitted kitchen is equipped with 2-plate ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water cooker and fridge with freezer.
There is an electric heating in the living / sleeping area.

In the year 2016 the bungalow was completely modernized and the whole interior with furniture was renewed. In the living area you will find in addition to the flat screen TV, DVD player and radio with CD / mp3 player also entertainment games and a small selection of books and DVD's.

Right next to the bungalow you can use the covered and furnished terrace for a nice breakfast, for afternoon coffee and a relaxing evening.

Free Wi-Fi is available.

A free car park is also available on the property for the time of your stay.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles so wie angegeben können wir mit ruhigen Gewissen empfehlen. Zentral gelegen und dennoch sehr ruhig. Unser Vermieter war sehr höflich, sympathisch und um das Wohl seiner Gäste stets bemüht. Alles in Allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Meine Frau und ich waren sehr angetan von der Ferienwohnung, den Vermietern und der Lage:Auf 37 qm bot die helle Wohnung alles, was das Urlauber-Herz begehrt, von schönen Möbeln, bequemem Bett, über sehr gut eingerichteten Bad bis hin zur großartig ausgestatteten Küche.Die Vermieter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten nur wenige Gehminuten zum Ortskern von Binz und zum Strand.Wir sind rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Der Bungalow liegt sehr zentral und dieWohnung ist trotz 35 qm optimal aufgeteilt. Sogar die Räder konnten in einen Schuppen untergebracht werden. Auch eine überdachte Terrasse war vorhanden. Wir haben uns jedenfalls rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter ist unaufdringlich und sehr freundlich.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war ideal, sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Im Häuschen war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und es ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir kommen wieder!!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. (kurze Wege zum Bäcker, Supermarkt und Strand!)Trotzdem kann man ohne Verkehrslärm den Urlaub genießen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben sind die rückengerechten Matratzen. Uns hat eigentlich nichts gefehlt! Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einem entspannten Urlaub stand also nichts im Wege.

Eine tolle Zeit in Binz

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei tollem Wetter in Binz. Wir sind gewandert, Bahn gefahren und haben viele Sehenswürdigkeiten entdeckt. An dem Haus angekommen, wurden wir von Herrn Meyer sehr nett begrüßt. Der Bungalow liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Minuten von Strand und Stadtzentrum entfernt, trotzdem aber absolut ruhig und mit eigenem Parkplatz, was von großem Vorteil ist. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Binz.
