Decent stay

The botel is nice, handy location and welcoming. The rooms though are tiny. Bathrooms are ok but again small. Beds are particularly comfotable and small. Breakfast is good. Nearby shops are very handy. A good hotel with freindly staff which is clean and tidy but just a little bit snug in the rooms.

Arrived at the property for a conference. 2 days later I received a parking fine for the hotel. On arrival I asked the receptionist how long I should put in for the parking as I was staying for the conference the following day. Was assured 'overnight' was fine. You get what you pay for at a holiday in, and I was happy with that. However to pay an additional £60 in a parking fine I could have stayed somewhere a little nicer - I contacted holiday inn for help on the matter. All I have received was a copy of the invoice for my stay.

Added dinner and breakfast to our booking which also including free parking and a room upgrade. They need to be honest all parking was free and all accessible rooms are the same so not sure why that was added. From one and breakfast we’re good. I was very disappointed ther checkin desk was high so the receptionist went to my husband to do everything when I had booked the room totally embarrassing I was in a wheelchair not Mario’s.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was too weak, and shutting off randomly, and it's in the middle of a heat wave, so we had a terrible night of sleep, sweating on the bed. Windows don't open, and wouldn't have made any difference. All reception could do was to provide us with a desk fan that was also too weak and not enough for everyone in the room. It doesn't matter how good the rest was, when we have such an awful night of sleep on a hotel, it ruins the whole experience. We're never coming back to this hotel.

Absolutely brilliant hotel

As a solo female traveller it was a worry what to expect but I was very very happy with my stay. The staff were brilliant and welcoming, the room was lovely, the breakfast was a good selection. Thank you for being great! From reception to housekeeping you all made my stay super special!

The Spanish receptionist made it for us (ricoco?) so friendly and likeable. Nice looking hotel lovely breakfast. Sadly the two things that let it down were paying for parking and the tiny “double” beds.. pillows not comfortable either..

Very Happy!

Spotless! Couldnt fault the hotel and staff! Only windge was the daily charge of £10 daily parking which we needed due to being disabled. However would deffinetly reccomend!
