No AC or fan - extremely hot room

Lovely, spacious, and clean room - but it was extremely hot. It was too noisy to open a window overnight due to the main road being right outside (high volume of lorries/trucks) and there was no AC or fan in the room. We requested a twin room when booking but it was made up as a double on arrival. We called the hotline on the check in info and a lady was with us in 10 mins with 2 twin sheets to change the set up which was good.

Absolutes minimum and Annehmlichkeiten. Vergewissern sie sich das sie registrieren bevor sie am Eincheck computer ankommen, sonst stehen sie eine Viertelstunde for dem screen auf dem Bürgersteig bevor sie ihren Zimmerschlüssel bekommen.
