Villa Sansarea is located on the southern side of the island.

While providing complete privacy, the villa's design justifies the name Sansarea, offering a beautiful sea view from every corner of the house. With its atrium spanning two floors and an open-space design connecting large outdoor terraces and indoor spaces, it provides a sense of freedom and luxury.

On the upper level of the atrium is the living room with a terrace, while the lower level features a fully equipped Miele kitchen, a dining area, and an open-plan living room leading to an incredible 200 m2 terrace and a 50 m2 infinity pool. The outdoor terrace provides enough space for relaxation, sunbathing, reading, barbecuing, and outdoor dining.

Further spacious terraces lead towards the sea and are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture.

The villa has 500 m2 of enclosed living space with 6 bedrooms equipped with king-size beds, each with its own bathroom, spacious terraces or balconies, and panoramic sea views. One of the bedrooms can be used as a twin, and one bedroom includes a bathtub.

The impressiveness lies not only in the architecture but also in the comfort it provides with an exclusive feel, thanks to premium designer furniture.

The villa is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean gardens and offers 3 private parking spaces. In addition to the main house, guests have access to a fully equipped gym for active recreation enthusiasts, and private yoga sessions can be arranged upon request.

Tennis courts, with or without a coach, are a 5-minute drive away. The entire area around the villa is surrounded by hiking and biking trails for outdoor enthusiasts. For water lovers, 2 Fanatic Stand Up Paddles and snorkeling masks are provided for exploring neighboring islands. A nearby diving center offers diving courses, and jet ski rides or boat rentals with a skipper can be arranged upon request. Daily excursions to the islands of Lastovo, Mljet, Vis, and Hvar are also possible.
