Very disappointed

TV didn’t work for the entire stay. Had maintenance in and out of room several times but left it not working. Asked at checkout for reduction but was told she didn’t have authority. Room wasn’t cleaned or bed made during 2 night stay. Adjoining room TV came on loud at 4am and walls thin I could hear every word.

Bad service.

I submitted a request for two additional pillows two hours ago, but they have not yet been delivered. Following a subsequent call, I experienced a 15-minute hold before disconnecting and placing another call. Despite a shorter hold time on the second attempt, and after reiterating my request, I was placed on hold again. The pillows arrived while I remained on hold; however, there was no notification of their impending delivery.

We stayed over night. The hotel had clean rooms and a great Continental breakfast. The pool was a bit chilly and the hot tub was getting through a maintenance cycle while we were swimming. Location was convenient for the places we visited.

We had an issue with teenagers being allowed to run the halls screaming and partying all night, the staff did NOTHING to address the issue. This went on until 2 in the morning and then started again at 5 in the morning. The phone on out room did not work, we called the front desk 10 times to address the issue, we got an answer twice. Other guests were yelling at the kids to stop, staff was useless.

The exterior is amazing, like an actual chateau. The staff are friendly. A minor complaint would be that the visitor next to me blasted their television all night. Other than that, it's a nice establishment.

I paid extra for a room upgrade. The room was NOT an upgrade. It was a step down from the cheap room I had last time. ...Also, the chair looks like it came from a bad rummage sale with rips and stains. Very disappointed....Otherwise, they are doing a lot to update the property. It's unfortunate that they would charge extra for a room that doesn't even have an updated bathroom.
