Welcome Return Visit

I have stayed here before and hope to again. Right in the center of town and an easy walk to the train & bus station. The single rooms are small,particularly the bathrooms but the location, breakfast and friendly, helpful staff more than make up for tha. And there’s a pool and sauna!

It is ok if you cannot find any other hotel

The place would need renovation and service is not very friendly. It is really just if you must sleep somewhere in Mikkeli. The staff doesn't try to make anything better. At least July this was anyway very expensive (almost 200 euro) and definitely it was not value for money.

Friendly service, good location, nice restaurant

Very friendly check-in staff. The room was large and clean, with separate rooms for the WC and for the shower. Two queen beds pushed together made for an almost too large bed with poor electrical outlet placement. The TV was tiny for such a large room. The restaurant was very nice, with great service and delicious food!

Not really worth the money. We paid extra to get double bed and when we arrived, the staff told that we get three single beds. And joked about it.

Comfortable, clean, great location.

Try the sauna but remember the etiquette is no swimming costume! The room was clean and comfortable. It would be better if you could have an iron in the room rather than having to go down to the bottom floor. The location is also ideal - across from many restaurants and a large supermarket. I had to leave at 4am on the final morning, and was very pleased that the hotel could accommodate a cooked breakfast at this time!

Excellent hotel.

This is my third time living in this the hotel and I enjoyed my holidays always. The staff were all friendly and receptive. The breakfast buffet has a sufficient spread of food and I would wish if there can be some variations on alternate days. I wanted to swim but the water was too cold during winter and I played table tennis instead. Thank you for making my holidays memorable and look forward to staying there again.
