Everything about my stay was excellent. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of fresh options each morning. The location is also perfect—right next to Unicentro, which made shopping and getting around extremely convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.

noisy young guests partying in the hall in the 4th floor on my room door screaming yelling etc hotel staff did not take seriously it was a group of around 15 people who even started to bullying me after told them to lower their voices this happened the two nights i stayed there scared and dissaponted without being able to work or rest

Excellent Stay at Sonesta Hotel Bogotá! I had a fantastic experience at the Sonesta Hotel Bogotá. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable — with great attention to detail. The location is ideal, right across from a shopping center and close to great restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options every morning. I also appreciated how safe and quiet the area felt, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. Overall, an outstanding hotel that combines comfort, quality, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Bogotá!
