Liz helped get my tv to work. I’ve stayed here before, since it’s convenient to meetings. Breakfast is decent. Only challenge was all of the inconsiderate people who talked in the hallways and a couple of barking dogs. I know the hotel doesn’t have control over those things.

The room was poorly maintained. There was obvious water damage on the ceiling. There were hairs and crumbs on both beds, obviously the bedding had not been changed since the prior guest. There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom, hair on the sink and floor. VERY POORLY CLEANED!

I stayed here on business and knew I wouldn't be on property much. So my expectations weren't high. Yet my experience was just ok. Property was in a fine location, quiet and safe and along a residential neighborhood. The hotel itself was quite worn and beat up. My room didn't look as renovated as it appeared on the website. My bathroom was clean but yet as mentioned, just shabby and road-worn with bubbles in the paint along the baseboard that suspiciously looked it it was probably hiding mold. The shower was clean, but had rust and stains. the room itself looked and felt clean. The bed was very comfortable. The AC takes a while to ramp up once you are in the room. It's loud, but that doesn't really bother me. I usually try to stay in hotels that provide free breakfast when i'm traveling for work. Comparing apples to apples in that sense, I'd rank breakfast here a 4-5 on a scale of 10. It was a selection of packaged breads and pastries, two kinds of soggy eggs, rather sad sausage and then a waffle/pancake machine that was clogged and hard to use both mornings. They also offer cereals, yogurt and various juices. Overall my stay was just ok. I would stay somewhere else next time i'm in town for work.

Go to a Hilton

We arrived and checked into our room. Staff was friendly. When we arrived in the room, there was pubic hair all over the toilet seat and long hair behind the seat. The toilet had not been cleaned at all. It was gross. The bedding had holes in the sheets and comforters, plus our room had lipstick kiss marks all over the inside of the window that wasn't cleaned, and hand/finger prints and smear marks all over the walls and all over the bathroom mirror. We talked with hotel staff, they showed us 2 additional rooms which had the same hair and nastyness all over the toilet and rooms, or had the bed hanging halfway off of the bed frame and gross stains and marks all over the bed skirts. We ended up canceling our room for the 4 nights we were going to stay, and booked at the Hilton garden inn instead and loved it.

Aged and in dis repair of prperty and lack of attention, the property is too aged. Then add that we found hair long black hair on my pillow! Went to use a small bottle of shampoo. Only to find it used and 1/2 full. The window was so dirty we could make out our vehicle parked outside the window. TERRIBLE.

What I liked about the property was easy access right off Vista Street. It was quiet. It was convenient and it was easy parking, but I didn’t like about the property. The rooms seem like they needed an update the vanity light the metal part on it was rusting. The vanity itself was falling apart. Some of the baseboards were falling off drywall around the baseboards were flaking off the bed was really hard I could feel springs sticking out and the pillows were really bad.
