We arrived late and the night clerk was very kind and friendly. Gave us our room key and a gift bag. Went to the room to find it already occupied. Turned out the previous clerk had moved someone without adjusting things. A bit frustrating. General conditions were ok, but not great. Building and furniture are older and showing their age. Breakfast was ok.

Most of the lights had burned bulbs. The toilet was disgusting. The charger on the clock did not work. It was very noisy. Check in staff was marginal. Check out staff was great. Breakfast sucked. Probably will not be staying at this one again.

Staff is friendly. Check in was effortless. I used the online pre check-in. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool/hot tub was clean. There is automatically a 12pm check out making it perfect as my meeting wasn't until 1pm. On line check-out was easy.

Maryann, Liz and Hilary at the front desk were great. Breakfast was really good. Location was close to my meetings and is easy to reach from the freeway. I drew the short straw of having neighbors who liked to visit in the hallway. The closest was really small. All in all, it was a nice place to stay.
