The tastefully furnished 3-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It receives you a large living / dining area (TV / SAT system, stereo system, DVD player) with an integrated comfort kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, waffle iron, bread slicer, hand blender, etc.). The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds and TV). The high quality shower room with walk-in shower, vanity, toilet, hair dryer leaves nothing to be desired. The highlight is the approximately 7 m² loggia in which you can enjoy the view of the landscaped garden and the fresh air even in moderate weather and the approximately 35 m² surrounding, spacious furnished terrace (seasonal) with beach chair, which makes it possible both the morning sun for breakfast and the sunset too. For the ?Small? There is a travel cot with mattress and bedding and a highchair (Tripp Trapp). A car parking space is located directly at the house.

Schöner Strandurlaub mit Abstrichen

Lage wirklich sehr gut (direkt hinter dem Strandaufgang). Große Terrasse (nur morgens wirklich Sonne). Wohnung komplett und funktional eingerichtet. Leider mussten wir nach Ankunft feststellen, dass die Terrasse furchtbar verdreckt war. Eine Reinigung hat hier mit Sicherheit seit langem nicht stattgefunden. Wir mussten erstmal eine Grundreinigung der Terrasse / Möbel und Strandkorb vornehmen um diese überhaupt nutzen zu können. Es ist uns vollkommen unklar wie man die Wohnung so (in dieser Preiskategorie) vermieten kann. Fenster müssen auch dringend geputzt werden. Das Bettwäsche- und Handtücherpaket ist unserer Meinung nach vollkommen überteuert (74,- Euro für 3 Personen). Außerdem hat grundsätzlich eine Infomappe gefehlt, welche über die Einrichtung, Nutzung der technischen Geräte usw. aufklärt. somit muss man sich alles selber zusammensuchen / ausprobieren. WLAN haben wir dann versucht telefonisch oder per Mail von der Agentur zu bekommen. Nach mehreren Erinnerungen hat das dann auch nach 2 Tagen geklappt. Ärgerlich! Letztendlich doch ein schöner Urlaub, da die Lage und das Wetter vieles wieder gut gemacht haben und Boltenhagen ein schöner Urlaubsort ist.

Tolle Wohnung mit Abstrichen

Eigentlich eine tolle Wohnung. Positiv: Top Lage, großes Wohnzimmer, schönes Bad, praktische Küche, große Terrasse Negativ: Man wollte uns für 3 Erwachsene nur einen Schlüssel geben. Nach Bitten und betteln bekamen wir noch den Schlüssel vom Reinigungspersonal. Loggia und Terrasse wurden wohl nach dem Winter noch nicht gereinigt (es ist Juni!). Ich habe erst mal gekehrt und Spinnweben die von der Decke hingen gesaugt. Die Terrassenplatten sind total vermoost. Einen Hochdruckreiniger hatte ich nicht zur Hand. Letztendlich haben wir die Terrasse kaum genutzt da direkt nebendran eine Baustelle ist. Das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett verdient meiner Meinung nach seinen Namen nicht. Es ist winzig, mit einem 1,60 m schmalen Bett, (das sollte in der Beschreibung stehen) welches an zwei Seiten an der Wand steht. Mein Mann musste über das Fußende ins Bett krabbeln. Alle 4 Matratzen sind steinhart. Da sinkt wirklich keine Schulter ein. Eine Zumutung. Da ich keine negative Bewertung schreiben wollte, habe ich bei der Zimmervermietung nach Kontaktdaten des Eigentümers gefragt. Ich hätte das gerne direkt mit ihm besprochen. Die wollte man mir leider nicht geben. Nun muss er das leider hier lesen. Sehr schade. Es ist ansonsten eine sehr schöne Wohnung.
