"We have rented this house for the last eight years from three different owners. The current owner remodeled the house two years ago. They did a wonderful job replacing the first floor furniture, new tile floor, new kitchen cabinets, island and they opened the kitchen floor plan up. The house was painted with a color that brightened the inside of the house up. The three bathrooms were remodeled. The pool was resurfaced and new tile was installed around the pool. New pool furniture was purchased. The house is five to fifteen minutes from the beach, many restaurants and a Publix grocery store. If an issue came up it was always taken care of on a timely basis. "This house has everything you need. The layout of the house is great plenty of room for everyone. If you need to work from there it will be no problem because there is an office area with a desk. The outdoor patio is great for entertainment and the pool is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are bikes in the garage, so we rode the bikes to the beach. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This spacious beach home accommodates 10 guests in 4 bedrooms with ample sleeping area. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and direct walk out access to the patio. Tons of space to unpack, with a dresser in front of the tv and a closet. The master bathroom offers direct walk out access to the pool so you can easily rinse off, double sinks, and a beautiful walk in shower - shut the door and enjoy a peaceful night sleep or connect to your streaming services on the smart tv before dozing off.

The downstairs guestroom is located right outside the full bathroom, and includes a Smart TV, a closet, and a large window to provide plenty of natural light. Rejuvenate with a good night sleep on the Queen Size mattress.

The upstairs offers plenty of extra sleeping room. As you come up the stairs the bedroom to the left has a king size mattress, smart tv for your streaming apps, and a stand up closet with a dresser. The bedroom to the right offers a Queen size bed, Smart TV, and has direct walking access to another open sleeping area - equipped with a Queen size bed. This extra sleeping area also has a kids themed loft for the little ones to enjoy some books and coloring! There is shared bathroom with a walk-in shower located on he second floor, as well.

3 bathrooms total. The master bathroom includes double sinks, and walk in shower. Shared bathrooms are located outside the guest bedrooms on the first and second floor. The first floor shared bathroom has a shower/tub combo.


☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE & DINING☆☆

When you walk thru the front door you will be greeted with an immaculate open concept kitchen, lounge, and dinging area. The bright and boundless kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed home provides a large kitchen island that seats three. The dining area boasts an elegant over-sized table with seating for 8 guests , with natural light billowing through the sizeable front facing windows.

The bright colors and modern design of the living room create an upbeat and cozy environment for the family to enjoy. Plenty of room on the two leather couches to kick back and delight in some down time around the electric fire place, for some added ambiance. Throw on a movie or connect to one of your streaming apps on the flat screen smart TV after a day at the beach!

Outside the Master Bedroom on the first floor there is a separate office space with a desk. Laundry area is of off the kitchen with direct access to the garage.
