While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo complex. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made every day. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.



This bright and cheerful Bonita Beach & Tennis studio condominium, located immediately across the street from Bonita Beach, will provide a perfect home-base for vacationers who love the sun, sand and beach! It's located on the 3rd floor in the middle condo tower (Building 3) with a partial view of the Gulf.



The studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping area .



The living area includes comfortable seating, including a queen sofa sleeper and manual recliner - perfect for relaxation; community provided cable is on the TV. The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the sun-filled, screen enclosed balcony.



You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed freshly made for your arrival, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a walk-in closet to store your belongings.



The full bathroom comes with an oversized walk-in shower; bath and beach towels are included during your stay.



The kitchen has an 2-burner cooktop, counter-top toaster over, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher; basic cookware and dinnerware are provided.



A beach umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are included with this unit.



Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.



Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.



Pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1, 3 & 5 - this unit is in building 3.



While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering tennis, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House.



Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!



This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.



This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.



No pets allowed.



Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
