Bonita Springs Home Base

Loved this property! Great location to beaches, very clean & comfortable with an inviting backyard. Everything worked just fine (a/c, fridge, stove, ceiling fans, etc), no issues accessing property and communication was great. We would absolutely stay at this property again in the future!! Highly recommend this property...you won't be disappointed.

Lovely, with perfect beach extras

The cozy and very private backyard, from the covered patio, to the pool with the bubbling the fountain, all surrounded by palm trees, was a family favorite from early morning through evening. The interior was setup well, and comfortable, although we did not spend much time inside. Especially appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and the bikes. The quiet, well-maintained neighborhood was great for an early morning walk or a stroll to the nearby surf shop or restaurants. Easy drive to beautiful beaches. The welcome gift from the owner was a sweet surprise.

Having a pool is cool!!

So very spoiled - first time vacationing with a private pool. I loved it. House is very comfortable and set up to accommodate all your needs. Owners very responsive and helpful. Quiet neighborhood - close to restaurants. Easy drive to the beach. Only thing I missed is regular TV channels. But that's just me. Very happy to have had the opportunity to stay here.

Lovely House, Pool, and Area

Our stay was only for two days, but we really liked the house and location. The house was clean, and the owners were quite thoughtful. The real standout to us, however, was the pool, which we really enjoyed. The house has a very nice covered sitting area outside. Beds were also very comfortable. The only negative was that there appeared to be some black specks in the water in the sinks of the bathrooms (we noticed this on the second day). It's possible there are some pipes and/or a gasket corroding that maybe should be replaced (or at least examined). In any case, I'd advise buying a pack of bottled water for your stay (we always do this at Vrbos in any case). Overall, we would definitely be happy to stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Absolutely Incredible!

This home not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. Clean, comfortable, cozy! The pool and outside patio were beyond stunning. The bed was so comfortable and I slept like a baby. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to many places, very convienient location. Matthew and his wife were always a text away with any questions or communication I needed. I can't say enough positive adjectives to descibe this beautiful home. The furnishings were bright and cheery and everything was so clean. The air conditioning and fans were all tip top. I would stay again in a flash!! 5+ Stars.

Amazing Stay in Bonita Springs!

Our stay here was perfect! The listing described everything: 5 min drive to the beach. We started out each day in the pool and then went to the beach in the afternoon. We took advantage of the pool noodles, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The owners had excellent communication with us throughout the trip. We will definitely be back! Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Lovely place to stay

We stayed in this house while visiting elderly parents who live in a senior community near by. The house is lovely and way more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The outdoor space is an oasis of privacy with a beautiful pool. Located near some great restaurants and the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot to enjoy time at beach and house

This place was great. Outdoor space was nice and private. Location of this house is amazing. 5 minutes to beach and even the furthest restaurant we ventured to was still less than 30 minutes. Host provides a ton of supplies for beach and pool days (coolers, beach chairs, floats, towels, etc). Check in and out were effortless. Would definitely stay here again.

Nicer than expected. Very well stocked. Owner answered inquiries immediately. Great location. Fabulous pool. Tons of towels, kitchen gear. Needed nothing but an iron and ironing board. Couldn't find one. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect Florida Vacation

This is a great home for a family vacation to Florida. The pool and backyard are beautiful - we spent most of our days hanging out back there. It is also very convenient to the beaches, stores and restaurants. We hope to return!

The house was absolutely perfect! The backyard and pool were the highlight of the trip. Comfy beds and lots of amenities. The gift card to Enzo’s was a great touch and super easy walk from the house for our final night’s dinner. We will definitely be back!
