We really enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Haven over the Christmas holiday! The layout of the house was perfect for our extended family group. The bedrooms and bathrooms run along one side. On the other side is the open common area with a spacious kitchen, dinning area and living room.Everything was very clean, comfortable and in great working condition. We cooked some meals in the kitchen and found the pots, pans and other things we needed. There are two refrigerators and the dishwasher worked well. There is a laundry room with a very large washer and dryer that worked very well. Even with a number of us sharing these machines, we were all easily able to get our laundry done when we wanted to.The pool in the back was set at a nice warm temperature and the area to sit out back is very comfortable. The driveway in front held a number of cars. The location worked well for us as we were spending time in both Naples and Bonita Springs. It's very quick to get to Bonita Beach Road and to Rte 41. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the property. We would stay here again in the future.

Nice place in a very average neighborhood. Not many street lights and very dark area. Nice area of Bonita Springs was within a mileThe rooms were very nice as was the kitchen. Perfect for our group of 10 people. Our remote and dishwasher did not work but the owner got us a new remote. They also had a serviceman over quickly but could not fix the problem. Alex was outstanding in returning messages and they did try to make it right. The pool area could use a screening area as there were alot of bugs at night.Overall, we would stay here again

Fantastic property

This is a beautifully designed VRBO - we arrived for a family trip to celebrate a milestone birthday. There were 4 couples - each of us had our own bedroom with attached bath - that type of privacy even though we are family is a “must have” in my book. There was plenty of space for the 4 adult couples on this trip - 2 refrigerators to accommodate tons of food if needed.The pool is as a wonderful treat and yes it was heated.Thanks to the host they were very responsive!

Spacious and Easy Access to Activities

The home was very spacious and accommodated our family very well. The location provides easy access to downtown Bonita’s charm. There is a coffee shop, restaurants, food trucks, and a lovely park. Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach are about a 7 minutes drive from the home. The property manager responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great House with Everything You Need

This house was great - exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and had all of the kitchen amenities you would need. Having 4 bedrooms with bathrooms attached was amazing and the extra bath to share between the other two bedrooms was no problem. The Host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Hidden Gem

Relatively new house. Beautifully appointed- very comfortable bedrooms- crystal clean ! Great kitchen and dining table. Tv room with wraparound couch - great. Plenty of room. Backyard pool and patio was the icing on the cake. The neighborhood is on the rebound from multiple hurricanes- so it’s a mixed housing area. We would book another stay without question !!

We were there to celebrate a 60th bday. Size of unit was perfect. Walkable to old downtown Bonita Springs. Easy drive to the beach. I'd stay there again for sure - but bring beach towels!

Clean and well laid out property newly renovated

Great newly renovated property in established Bonita Springs neighborhood. All bedrooms very usable with 4 of 6 having en suite bathrooms. Single floor layout very easy to navigate. Host communication was excellent throughout our stay.
