Apartment in the half-timbered courtyard 'house in motion'
A vacation / guest apartment for 4 - 6 people who want to feel comfortable all around.
The newly renovated and completely newly furnished apartment with 89 sqm is located in the center of Seelscheid in a half-timbered house ensemble. It has been completely renovated according to the criteria of monument protection and building biology.
A mix of typical mountain elements such as visible half-timbered constructions inside and outside, wooden lattice windows, green shutters, wooden cladding and quarry stone walls as well as lovingly and modernly furnished living rooms offer everything to make you feel good and at home.
Parking spaces are located directly at the house and a large furnished terrace (40 sqm south-west side) leads you to the house through a covered entrance. On the right a guest toilet and on the left the eat-in kitchen behind an exposed half-timbered construction. A modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large oak table with 6 armchairs invite you to cook and enjoy.
To the right is a cozy living room with two large sofas that can be used to sleep if necessary. Behind the living room is the spacious bathroom with one large and two small windows. The vanity unit consists of a countertop basin on a solid oak panel, middle cabinet, washing machine and dryer. Another toilet and the spacious bathtub with wooden shelf and glass partition for use as a shower complete the bathroom use.
The rear part of the apartment consists of two spacious bedrooms, each with two high-quality beds, a winter garden and a storage / cloakroom.
There are two single box spring beds in the bedroom on the left and a wardrobe, two dressers and two chairs. The box spring beds are located in the second bedroom. A wardrobe, two chairs, two dressers, an armchair and a cot find their place in the spacious room.
Through a glass system you can access the wonderful winter garden with wooden lattice windows and a view of the inner courtyard with a ginko tree. A "daybed" decorated with many pillows invites you to linger.
The storage / cloakroom offers space for luggage, cloakroom and cleaning utensils.
The smoothly plastered clay walls on the outer walls insulated with reed mats and the oiled solid wood floors guarantee a good indoor climate.
If you linger on the terrace in the summer months, you can see our Brunnenplatz, which is illuminated at night, behind which the Lessbach meanders along the property boundary.
